Our flagship equal career progression programme consists of three innovative, fun-filled workshops which offer a safe space for every participant to explore ways to embrace self-promotion, take the lead in carving out their own unique career path and learn to use data and evidence to illustrate their achievements, skills and potential. 

Crucially, the workshops are open to everyone. This inclusive approach encourages career progression for many diverse employee groups, empowering them to seize more opportunities and pursue more senior roles. 

This workshop helps participants feel more confident about self-promotion by teaching them how to:

  • Talk confidently about what ‘I’ have done and break the habit of talking about what ‘we’ have done
  • Identify the right data and evidence to bring their success to life
  • Build a narrative around the facts to share their impact
  • Identify transferable skills and use them to futureproof their career
