Dagmar Albers and Ursula Tavender are the founders of the consultancy Innovation in Equity, with the mission to create a more equitable world of work, in which everyone can reach their full potential and carve their own unique career path.
We collaborate with progressive organisations to create a strategy to identify and resolve structural inequities and develop programmes that help colleagues to overcome the barriers that hold them back from reaching their full potential.
To complement our existing offer and to meet demand from individuals, in 2024 we proudly launched masterclasses and programmes that are available to everyone. Through these initiatives we enable everyone to explore ways to embrace self-promotion, overcome barriers, take the lead in carving their own unique career path and learn to use data to illustrate their impact, achievements, skills and potential.
We developed and implemented the multi-award winning strategy to close the Gender Pay Gap at Pfizer UK, which as a result more than halved within five years from 15.9% down to 6.6%, building on our proven track record of solving complex business challenges and developing innovative solutions.
With a breadth of cross sector experience over more than 25 years, every aspect of our work is geared towards transforming the world of work, so it truly meets the needs of every generation now and in the future.
